PROPERTIES :

Broad-spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic from the phenolic group active against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

DIRECTIONS: Chronic respiratory diseases, mycoplasmosis, typhosis (Salmonella Gallinarum), pullorosis (Salmonella Pullorum), typhoid fever, paratyphoid (Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, etc.), colibacillosis (Escherichia coli), avian cholera (Pasteurella multocida), infectious coryza, infectious synovitis ( Staphylococcus spp.) and omphalitis.

DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS:

Oral route, to be diluted in drinking water. Usual dose: 20 mg of florfenicol per kg of bodyweight and per day.

– Poultry: 200 ml of FLORVET 10% per tonne of live weight and per day, i.e. 2 ml of FLORVET 10% per liter of drinking water and per day. To be administered in 2 doses 6 hours apart for 3 to 5 days.

WAITING TIME :

– Meat and offal: 2 days – Eggs: Do not administer to laying hens whose eggs are intended for human consumption.

CONSERVATION :

Store at a temperature below 25°C. The shelf life after dilution in water is 24 hours.
