Indications for use:

For the prevention and treatment of respiratory and digestive infections in calves caused by germs sensitive to doxycycline, particularly in environments where infection is present.

Contraindications:

• Do not use in animals with known allergies to doxycycline or other tetracyclines.

• Do not use in cases where resistance to tetracyclines is known. 

Dosage and route of administration:

Administer orally. The recommended dose for calves is 10 mg of doxycycline per kg of body weight per day, administered for 3 to 5 days. This equates to 0.5 g of powder per 10 kg of body weight per day, to be dissolved in drinking water, milk, or liquid food. Adjust the dosage according to actual consumption to ensure proper dosing based on body weight.
