Indications for use:

For the treatment of respiratory infections caused by Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Proteus spp., Clostridium spp., Shigella spp., E. coli, and other germs sensitive to florfenicol.

Contraindications:

• No specific contraindications are described.

• Overdosing at the recommended levels poses no significant danger. 

Dosage and route of administration :

Administer orally by diluting in drinking water:

• Use 0.5 ml of Florvet 20% per liter of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.

• Change medicated water every 24 hours. 

Withdrawal period :

 • Meat (broilers): 5 days

• Eggs: Not to be used in laying hens whose eggs are intended for human consumption.
