COMPOSITION :

PROPERTIES :

Broad-spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic from the phenicol group active against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

NOTE:

Prevention and treatment of infections caused by germs susceptible to Florfenicol:

Effective against most bacteria responsible for major pathologies in poultry farming: Mycoplasma, pasteurella, Haemophilus, coli bacteria, staphylococci, salmonella.

DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS:

Oral route, to be diluted in drinking water.

Usual dose: 20 mg of florfenicol per kg of bodyweight and per day.

• Poultry: 100 ml of FLORVET 20% per tonne of live weight and per day, i.e. 1 ml of FLORVET 20% per liter of drinking water and per day.

To be administered in 2 doses 6 hours apart for 3 to 5 days.

WAITING TIME :

• Meat and offal: 2 days.

-Eggs: Do not administer to laying hens whose eggs are intended for human consumption.

CONSERVATION :

Store at a temperature below 25°C.

The shelf life after dilution in water is 24 hours.
